Vampire academy books5/22/2023 Moroi are elegant tall magic vampires that sunburn easily, have their own royalty, and are being hunted down by the evil vampires. There are three kinds of vampires in this series: Strigoi are evil vampires that are afraid of the sun. Baby Eliza meeting Richelle Mead, author of Vampire Academy, at a book signing. So, here’s what you should know before you start reading or watching Vampire Academy. I still have a lot of nostalgia for the series, though, and recently started a re-read. If you’d have asked middle school me, both were my favorites at different times. I’m not interested in engaging in any ‘ Oh, this series is better than that one’ type narratives, because I don’t think I’d have picked up this series without its peer novels. Like much of the fanbase, we’d read and fangirled over Twilight, and then moved on to all of the other paranormal romance YA novels we could get our hands on. When I was fifteen, my best friend and I were obsessed with the book series Vampire Academy.

William shatner's tekwar5/21/2023 I spent 14,000+ words on melonfarming Daikatana, and now it’s time for William Shatner’s TekWar: The Game! I’ve been thinking about writing this off and on for a couple of months, but I finally sat down and fought through this, this… piece of software over the course of the last two to three days. So I decided to write another video game review. For thine is the kingdom, and the toupee, and the glory. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from properly-designed computer games. As we forgive those who trespass against us. Give us this day, our daily TekWar, and forgive us our trespasses. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on Earth as it is in Heaven. Our Shatner, who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name. Isn’t that enough? Why must we judge a god like this? Is it a bad game? Hey, let’s just say that it’s a game. William Shatner starred in a video game 20 years ago.

Perfect a pretty little liars novel5/21/2023 The bike racks outside Rosewood Day overflowed with colorful twenty-one-speeds, a limited edition Trek that Noel Kahn’s father had gotten directly from Lance Armstrong’s publicist, and a candy pink Razor scooter, shined to a sparkle. Maybe if someone had, a certain beautiful girl would still be alive. In fact, four years ago, a certain Rosewood golden boy dropped a huge hint about something horrible going on inside his nasty little head. But more often than not, the most telling signs go unnoticed. Sometimes people give away clues to what’s going on inside-like the casting director’s grimace when you missed that high A-sharp, or how your best friend frostily ignored all your texts on January 1. Unfortunately, everyone’s heads are locked tighter than the Pentagon. And, best of all, you wouldn’t have to guess whether your best friend was mad that you ditched her for the hot senior with the crinkly-eyed smile at the New Year’s Eve party. Or that your cute mixed doubles partner thinks your butt looks hot in your Lacoste tennis skirt. Wouldn’t it be nice to know exactly what people are thinking? If everyone’s heads were like those clear Marc Jacobs totes, their opinions as visible as a set of car keys or a tube of Hard Candy lip gloss? You’d know what the student casting director really meant when she said, “Good job,” after your South Pacific audition.

Nancy drew mysteries author5/21/2023 In the 1980s, an older and more professional Nancy emerged in a new series, The Nancy Drew Files, that included romantic subplots for the sleuth. In the revision process, the heroine's original character was changed to be less unruly and violent. Beginning in 1959, the books were extensively revised and shortened, partly to lower the printing costs, with arguable success. Over the decades the character has evolved in response to changes in American culture and tastes. Created by the publisher Edward Stratemeyer as the female counterpart to his Hardy Boys series, the character first appeared in 1930 in the Nancy Drew Mystery Stories series, which lasted until 2003 and consisted of 175 novels. The books are ghostwritten by a number of authors and published under the collective pseudonym Carolyn Keene. Nancy Drew is a fictional character appearing in several mystery book series, movies, video games, and a TV show as a teenage amateur sleuth.
